Presence is continuously challenging yourself to be higher than your self of yesterday. Presence is awareness of the faults you carry... presence is a recognition of those faults. And an attempt to better those faults. Presence. Is simple. It's acknowledging who you are. As your present self.
It's really quite interesting how people grow a part energetically. Some people stay stuck in an unconscious state. Others move forward and become more self aware. In Bali, I experienced such extremes in terms of mindfulness. I think the more aware you try to become of your actions and reactions, the more aware you in turn become of those who are unaware of their own.
